3-Day Team Effectiveness Culture Change Experience

In this 3-day culture change experience, we begin by teaching basic group dynamics and facilitation skills in an interactive manner. These skills will be practiced throughout the three days of the workshop as additional ‘real work’ team effectiveness skills are taught.

3-Day Process Excellence Culture Change Experience

In this 3-day culture change experience, we use interactive exercises to help design and implement system improvements that address the five key barriers to pursuing process excellence. Lean six sigma, balanced scorecards, and workforce engagement are all covered, in addition to creating plans for redesigning jobs to support your ‘pursuit of process excellence’ efforts.

Systems Renovation Culture Change Experiences

Changing work culture and achieving higher levels of performance requires changing work systems. My goal is to help you create a systems renovation culture change experience that meet your unique performance improvement needs. These highly interactive, ‘real work’ focused experiences can be tailored to focus on specific work systems and work groups, or the organization as a whole. Kevin will help you identify concrete, best practice fixes for making your key work systems more robust.

Phase 1 – A formal 1-2 day assessment, followed by a 1-2 day planning session (3 days typical – varies with organization size), is used to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Virtual coaching action items are identified for Phase 2.

Phase 2 – Key work systems related to leadership, planning, and process management are renovated through a series of interactive exercises. Action item progress since Phase 1 is reviewed and integrated into the Virtual Coaching Plan for Phase 3.

Phase 3 – Key work systems related to customer engagement, workforce engagement, and information management and analysis are renovated through a series of interactive exercises. Action item progress since Phase 2 is reviewed and integrated into the ‘Next Steps’ Virtual Coaching Plan.

The customer can select alternative work system groupings for renovation. We have found that the best results are obtained when (1) onsite time is limited to a Tuesday-Thursday time frame and (2) virtual coaching and plan execution time is built into the larger systems renovation process. Individual systems can be identified for improvement.
